Woodworking CNC Router Running Itself When Opening

Recent customer faced such a strange problem. As soon as he open the control software of
COMEID woodworking engraving machine, the machine will run. The machine moving speed
is slow, and it is moving in constant speed. The customer said that it happened after the
system computer system broke down and install the software again.

Usually the computer system broken will make software problem. Generally the control
card will not be broken by the computer. We take off the computer chassis cover to open up
the control card. And we checked the indicating lamp which shows normal. And we carefully
check the data lines which shows the connection is firm. So it is possible that control software
has been destroyed.

Then we send a new software to the customer. After the placement of
software, the machine works normal. It is shows the original software in the client computer
was destroyed by the computer system. We advise clients to copy the original software and
stored in different disk. This will help when old software has been destroyed.
